Why She Said Yes.

Are you a 30+ woman and do you have a list of things you’ve been wanting to try but keep saying, “I’d love to do that someday”?

Sometimes, all you need is a friend to say, “Come on, let’s try it!”

So we built the women's community that most of us were searching for: One where saying yes to a new experience also means saying yes to new friendships, new confidence, and maybe a new passion.

Join us, say yes to more, and find your people along the way.

How it works.

The story behind the community.

Every great story begins with a yes.

The She Said Yes community was born from an unexpected friendship between two women who met in Amsterdam by chance and discovered the power of showing up for someone you barely know for a new experience. One yes turned into a friendship—and eventually, into a community.

Tuğçe

As a woman in her 30s living in Amsterdam, I often feel like I'm two different people.

One loves being outside, cycling, swimming, hiking, anything that ends with fresh air and tired legs. The other is perfectly happy spending the weekend on the couch with a good book.

The second one usually wins. Which is why I've learned that what gets me out the door isn't discipline, it's a friend saying, "Come on, let's go." It's the swim spot no one geotags, the trail worth the early train, the book that quietly changes something in me, or the drawing class I'd never have found on my own. (And yes, a plumber who actually shows up is worth recommending too.)

The rest of the time, I'm somewhere between admiring the light on the canals and managing my political rage. I've decided both can be true at once.

As a 30+ woman living in the Netherlands, I found myself stuck in a comfortable but predictable routine.

I realized that the best recommendations—the ones that actually got me out of the house and trying something new—always came from friends (or my sister;) ), not algorithms.

So, if you say let's try that amazing VR game you have heard about or let's try the highest bungee jumping or let's go for a walk in the park, I say YES!

An unforgettable YES: Military parachuting training ending with unforgettable 3 solo jumps.

An unforgettable YES: Hiking the Lycian Way for 5 days which was unexpectedly tough, but a great bouldering experience.

The next experience
is soon.

See it, like it, book it.
